【摘要】:1.1ThisguideestablishestheminimumtrainingstandardforLevelIlandsearchteammembersasitrelatestotheirgeneral,field,andsearchspecificknowledgeandskills.1.2ALevelIlandsearchteammembersearchesonthesurfaceofthelandonly.Thisguidedoesnotprovidetheminimumtrainingrequirementsforsearchinginpartiallyorfullycollapsedstructures,inoronwater,inconfinedspaces,orunderground(suchascaves,mines,andtunnels.)1.3ALevelIlandsearchteammemberisrequiredtohaveonlyanoverviewlevelofknowledgeofrescueasitpertainsto"searchandrescue."Noknots,rope,litter,orotherrescueskillsarerequiredofaLevelIlandsearchteammember.1.4LevelIlandsearchteammembersmustworkunderdirectsupervisionofexperiencedsearchpersonnel.1.5LevelIlandsearchteammembersareeligibletobemembersofTypeIIsearchteamsorcrewsasdefinedinClassificationF1993.1.6TypeIIteamswhichmayutilizepersonneltrainedtothisguideareKindA(wilderness),KindB(urban),andKindC(mountainous).1.6.1FurthertrainingmayberequiredbeforeaLevelIlandsearchteammembercanactuallyparticipateonaparticularkindofsearchteam,dependingonauthorityhavingjurisdictionregulationsorpolicies.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
