【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816establishesprovisionsforevaluatingtheseverityofin-situ,broad-bandvibrationmeasuredradial(i.e.transverse)totheshaftaxisonallmainbearinghousingsorpedestalsandintheaxialdirectiononthrustbearings.Theseareintermsof:-vibrationundernormalsteady-stateoperatingconditions;-vibrationduringother(non-steady-state)conditionswhentransientchangesaretakingplace,includingrunuporrundown,initialloadingandloadchanges;-changesinvibrationwhichcanoccurduringnormalsteady-stateoperation.ThispartofISO10816isapplicabletoheavy-dutygasturbinesetsusedinelectricalandmechanicaldriveapplications,withfluid-filmbearings,outputsgreaterthan3MWandanoperatingspeedrangeunderloadbetween3000r/minand30000r/min.Thisincludesgasturbinescoupledtootherrotatingmachineryeitherdirectlyorthroughagearbox.Insomecases,thispartofISO10816isnotapplicabletotheevaluationofthevibrationofthecoupledequipment(seethelistofexclusionsinthisclause).EXAMPLEForsingle-shaftcombined-cyclepowerunitsinwhichagasturbineiscoupledtoasteamturbineand/orgenerator,theevaluationofthegasturbinevibrationisaccordingtothispartofISO10816,butthatofthesteamturbineandgeneratorisaccordingtoISO10816-2orISO10816-3.ThispartofISO10816isnotapplicabletothefollowing:a)aero-derivativegasturbines(includinggasturbineswithdynamicpropertiessimilartothoseofaeroderivatives);NOTEISO3977-3definesaero-derivativesasaircraftpropulsiongasgeneratorsadaptedtodrivemechanical,electricalormarinepropulsionequipment.Largedifferencesexistbetweenheavy-dutyandaero-derivativegasturbines,forexampleincasingflexibility,bearingdesign,rotortostatormassratioandmountingstructure.Differentcriteriathereforeapplyforthesetwoturbinetypes.b)gasturbineswithoutputslessthanorequalto3MW(seeISO10816-3);c)gasturbinedrivenpumps(seeISO10816-7);d)coupledsteamturbinesand/orgeneratorswithoutputslessthanorequalto50MW(seeISO10816-3);e)coupledsteamturbinesand/orgeneratorswithoutputsgreaterthan50MW(seeISO10816-2);f)synchronizingclutcheswhichcouplethegasturbinetoasteamturbineorgenerator(seeISO10816-2);g)coupledcompressors(seeISO10816-3);h)gearboxvibration(seethisclause);i)rollingelementbearingvibration.ThispartofISO10816isapplicabletootherdrivenequipmentnotincludedinthislistofexclusions.ThispartofISO10816isapplicabletomachineswhichcanbecoupledtoagearbox,butdoesnotaddresstheevaluationofthevibrationconditionofthosegears.SpecialisttechniquesarerequiredforevaluatingthevibrationconditionofgearswhichareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10816.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforjudgingtheseverityofvibration.Forgasturbinesets,itisalsocommontojudgethevibrationbasedonmeasurementstakenontherotatingshafts.Forsuchvibrationmeasurementrequirements,seeISO7919-1andISO7919-4.
