【摘要】:ISO13041-3:2008specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-7,thegeometrictestsongeneral-purpose,numericallycontrolled(NC)turningmachinesandturningcentreswithinvertedverticalworkholdingspindles,aswellasthecorrespondingapplicabletolerances.ThispartofISO13041presentsthedifferentconceptsorconfigurationsandcommonfeaturesofNCturningmachinesandturningcentreswithinvertedverticalspindles.Italsoprovidesaterminologyanddesignationofcontrolledaxes.(SeeFigures1,2,3and4.)ThispartofISO13041dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(e.g.vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents),nortomachinecharacteristics(e.g.speeds,feeds),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingaccuracy.
