【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoversperformancecriteria,requirements,materialcharacteristics,andessentialfeaturesforoilspilldispersantapplicationsystems.Thisguideisnotintendedtoberestrictivetoaspecificconfiguration.1.2Thisguidecoversvessel-basedspraysystemsemployingsingle-pointspraynozzles,includingdesignsthathavebeenbasedonorevolvedfrom"fire-monitor"systems,andisnotfullyapplicabletoothersystemssuchassprayboom/nozzleoraircraftsystems.1.3Thisguideisoneoffiverelatedtodispersantapplicationsystems.Theotherfourguidescoverthedesignofboomandnozzlesystems,spraysystemcalibration,spraydepositionmeasurements,anduseofthesystems.Familiaritywithallfiveguides(listedin)isrecommended.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
