【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesconstructionalandfunctionalrequirements,regulatorsizing,testing,documentationandmarkingofgaspressureregulatorsusedinthepressureregulatingstations:?forinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiametersuptoDN400;?foranoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20°Cto+60°C,whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1stand2ndfamilyinaccordancewithEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandalsoincommercialandindustrialinstallations."Gaspressureregulators"hereafterwillbecalled"regulators"exceptinthetitles.TheharmonisedpartofthisdocumentdealswithstandardgaspressureregulatorsusedinpressureregulatingstationscomplyingwithEN12186orEN12279.ForgaspressureregulatorsintegralstrengthtypewhenusedinpressureregulatingstationscomplyingwithEN12186orEN12279,AnnexZAlistsallapplicableEssentialRequirementsexcepttheexternalresistancetoenvironmentalconditionswherecorrosionoccurs.Thisdocumentconsidersthefollowingclassesofregulators:?class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10°Cto60°C;?class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20°Cto60°C.Thisdocumentappliestoregulatorswhichusethepipelinegasasasourceofcontrolenergyunassistedbyanyexternalpowersource.Theregulatormayincorporateacreep(venting)reliefdevice,complyingwiththerequirementsinAnnexF.Theregulatorscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisdocumentmaybedeclaredas"incompliancewithEN334"andbearthemarking“EN334”.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:?regulatorsupstreamfrom/on/indomesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;?regulatorsinaccordancewithprENxxxxxx(WI00235003underpreparationbyCEN/TC235);?regulatorsforwhichaspecificdocumentexists(e.g.EN88,etc.);?industrialprocesscontrolvalvesinaccordancewithEN1349.
