【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheCallPriorityInterruption(SS-CPI)andCallPriorityInterruptionProtection(SS-CPIP)supplementaryservicesattheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).NOTE1-ThiseditionofthisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytocallsusingthecircuit-modemultipleratebearerservice.SS-CPIallowsacallrequestforaprioritycalltoproceedsuccessfullyinthecasethatthereisnouserinformationchannelavailable.Thisisaccomplishedbyforcereleasinganestablishedcalloflowerpriority.SS-CPIPallowsfortheprotectionofcallsagainstinterruptionfromprioritycalls.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC15991.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-CPI(P)operatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSS-CPI(P)andothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.NOTE2-AdditionalinteractionsthathavenoimpactonthesignallingprotocolattheQreferencepointcanbefoundintherelevantstage1specifications.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXsthatcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
